Meet Ryan, Robyn, and Sammy (🐶), your local family team dedicated to quality home renovations, custom tile work, and reliable handyman repairs across Manhattan and Wamego.
At Next Gen Property Solutions, our journey is built on honest service, skilled workmanship, and a strong commitment to every homeowner we work with. Ryan handles the heavy lifting, framing, custom tile work, and day-to-day project details on site, while Robyn keeps everything running smoothly behind the scenes.
When we’re not on a job site, you’ll usually find us enjoying the outdoors around Tuttle Creek State Park, caring for our flock of backyard hens, watching football, or spending time with our sheepdog, Sammy. From complete kitchen and bathroom overhauls down to fixing drywall water spots and sticking doors, we focus on durable quality, clear project updates, and creating comfortable spaces built for everyday living.
We believe no homeowner should ever be in the dark when investing in their home. From project timelines to upfront quote details, we maintain clear, open communication from day one.
As a licensed and insured General Contractor, we focus on functional preparation, durable materials, precision tile work, and finishes built to stand the test of time.
To us, integrity means showing up on time, treating your space with care, and making sure every job, big or small, is done right the first time.
At Next Gen Property Solutions, we provide reliable home renovation, remodeling, and property maintenance services that improve comfort, function, and style across Manhattan and Wamego. Our family team focuses on skilled craftsmanship, direct communication, and lasting results for every project.
